OLDFIELD REPORTS by Alex and Frank

Hi all, just to report that the day went off really well, stone pickup & the barbecue.  The gazebo proved very easy to erect and is a perfect size, thanks Jon.  John Davies did a great job cooking the meat etc, all done to a tee.    Only 7 stayed for the Barby with one or two arriving later. Martin knocked himself out instructing most of the day, what a guy. Watch out, I adjusted the gate to open & close easier.  That’s about all Chaps. A windyish week ahead then I may be off to Greece for a month to help select and buy a yacht then sail it back.

Hi from Frank,

Attached photos of the Harvester apparently causing consternation as it careers towards the BBQ and Club members.

Luckily as you can see it swerved away at the last minute and everyone survived the experience.

Thanks to John D for operating the BBQ, all very enjoyable and some good flying as well.
