BARGAIN HUNT AT THE CLUB AUCTION
I know the Club Auction is the place to go if you want a bargain, but...Jeez...there were one or two real goodies there last week. Just to the left and out of the picture was a huge stack of bits and pieces, apparently the components for the 130” span Lancaster by Tony Nijhuis. This pack retails at £363...and it went for £30! I kicked myself all the way home for not jumping in, even though I have no room in my shed. Surely it would go for up to £100 on eBay? On the other hand...one or two items towards the end of the evening went for more than their actual cost (no names, no pack drill), so as ever, buyer beware! |
