ALBATROS* (see below - Ed) EDF, by Peter Chaldecott The Albatros is worth every penny!!! - and I’ve bought it from my savings from not going out, so really it’s cost me nothing!The finish on these foam EDFs just gets better and better. I have the camo version, and youd be hard pressed to know that it is a foam model. Looks way better than any of the other jets that I have. (He said that about the Avanti...and the Hawk..and the Venom... - Ed) The L39 Albatros is by Freewing. Wingspan is 1053mm Fus Length is 1351mm 80mm 12 Blade Fan 3530-1850 KV O/R Motor 100A ESC with 5A BEC Weight 2200g without battery Thrust 3350g Battery 6S 5000 mA although I’ll probably use my 6S 4000 mA for starters. Supplied by Motion RC EU. Cost approx£390. Effective cost - NIL (savings from not going out!!)
* The L39 is an Albatros, unlike the Grumman Albatross but like the Albatros DIII Albatros. Happy now? |
