I’m sorry to say that Trevor’s magnificent “model of a model”, the Stanger Canard, was written off by a Shock Flier at the same meeting. I could not bear to take a picture of the wreckage (which shows that I will never make it as a journalist) and was amazed how calmly Trevor took the loss. I’d have been hopping mad. Moral? Scale fliers should insist on a short closed session for their flying. Aerobatic models are by their very nature unpredictable and the two types are incompatible in the same hall at the same time. Ed
