The Denight Special Original designed & flown by Bart Denight for the 1949 Goodyear Trophy Race in Cleveland USA. Achieving 190 mph. Eventually scrapped in the nineteen eighties.

Plans  RCM&E  dated April 2008 edition, design by Peter Miller.

Materials Balsa & plywood.

 Fittings Motor: - XYH42-40 900kv Brushless Outrunner, 40amp ESC. 3 cell 2200 mAh battery. 4 servos. Canopy by Vortex Vacforms.

Covering Chinese Ora Film & Model Markings from Tim Calvert..

Flying weight 3lb 11oz/ 1650 gms. Wing span 44ins, length 39 ½ ins, Wing area 3 sq ft.  Stated wing loading 23 ½ oz/sq ft.
