MATCHING ALUMINIUM “SILVER” PAINT by Frank Bayes
I have just finished repairing a Durafly Vampire foam model painted metallic silver, and a perfect colour match I have found, is Winsor and Newton Artists Metallic Aluminium Silver Ink.
There are no adverse effects on the foam or existing paint, and you can't see any difference between the original and the repaired area.
Give the bottle a good shake before using, and if you are quick you can wash the brush out with fairy liquid and cold water. Frank |
