A note from David Bintcliffe on his latest build, a Pulse Jet seaplane! Dear Aquaplaners, When Longham reopens....
I have got time to build one of these while waiting....yes, it’s a Pulse Jet Seaplane....but the the Trembler Coil uses electric power so it must qualify. The Lakes Trust will have to turn a blind eye to the Paraffin involved but I am determined to give it a go
The bird lovers might be a bit concerned about the noise and of course I will keep it Free Flight. I think the original was flown over Poole Harbour... Perhaps it could be converted to EDF ... Maybe I should shelve this project until early April? (Maybe 1 April? - Ed)
