“With COVID-19 keeping many of us at home and indoors, the RCG Quarantine Scale Build-Off is under way to fill the time we have on our hands! There are only three rules:
Rule 1. Build-Off entries must be models of real aircraft (or of designs of aircraft that were proposed to be built), ie. "scale" models. "Sport scale" models will be just fine.
Rule 2. Build-Off entries must not have been the subject of a previous build log. Models that are already under way are fine, as long as they don't already have a build log.
Rule 3. The Build-Off Director (me) gets to settle any urgent issues not covered by Rules 1 and 2.
Since none of us wants to be quarantined forever, the Build-Off will run until July 1st, 2020, but we'll probably need a second wave of quarantine so that'll take us to September 1st. Who knows, maybe we'll need a third wave too...
Entrants should post a link to their build log in this thread.
Build on!
Steve”
