cincopelli, by malcolm mackendrick

Hi Mike- The best description comes from Backyard flyer a sub magazine of Model Airplane news. If you Google- Cincopelli Funfling  you'll get a page which scrolling down lists the Cincopelli. I did not buy the plans but rather worked them out from the pictures shown & a plan of a model but only the small magazine picture of the plans. I've recently re-built the wings & should have put in a small positive angle of attack as the aircraft now flies a bit tail down. My present wings are removable. I'll take some photos this week & send them to you. Regards Malcolm

I’m not sure that mere words can do justice to this fantastic flying machine by Malcolm MacKendrick. It reminds me of Trevor’s Stanger Biplane in it’s inspired lunacy. What makes these two machines so excellent is the quality of the workmanship that underpins the creation.

A wonderful effort, and my model of the year—Ed.
