I’m off to Canada again next week, hence the slightly early appearance of this packed-full edition of Sloping Off. Packed in a hold box will be two models with on in a carry-on box. My TX battery has taken the opportunity to play up but I’m hopeful that the 4-Max Lipo replacement will arrive in time.
If you want to see the action from the new flying field have a look at this RC Groups thread . The field has both a grass runway and a pond. Lets hope no-one has brain fade and tries to land wheels on water. The host Club are expecting a large turnout, for various “domestic” reasons concerned with the sale of the beautiful old field, the move to a less accommodating one, the sale of the old pond and the sudden resurgence of determination to do better than the competition!
