Malcolm Bird asked how I made the windscreen on my Electro Hog.  I sent him the following which might also be of interest to other Club members.

For what its worth, my method of installing open cockpit windscreens is as follows:-

First make a thin cardboard template to the size, fit and tilt for the windscreen you wish to make.  Mark the bottom edge on the fuz.

Then copy this on to thin acetate or clear plastic sheet of suitable thickness

Before cutting to shape add at least three small”ears” to the bottom edge two of which are at each end. They need to be about 1/8 in long and 1/4in wide.

Now cut small slits along the line marked  at the position of the ears.

Push the ears into the slits (they might need to be slightly angled to get a good fit)

When you are happy that the screen is now a snug fit to the fuz, put a drop  of Syno at each ear to secure.

To finish off ,cut  a thin strip of heat shrink covering material about 1/8in wide and tack with a hot iron to one end of the screen where it joins the fuz.Then stretch it around the screen to fuz join and tack the other end. When secure, run the tip of the iron around the join  and trim off the ends of the strip.

To finish off, cut another strip of covering material about 1/8 to 1/4 in wide and repeat the process on the top of the windscreen but this time, stretch the strip to the screen contour and tack with the iron as you go around the edge.Ensure that part of the strip is beyond the edge which can then be turned over and ironed to the screen inner edge
