This is the Wessex Soaring Association’s field, where we have flown the annual Rose Bowl Competition for a number of years
Directions to meeting place at Horton, Dorset.
Take the road to Ashley Heath. Continue past Three Legged Cross. Eventually you will see Drusillas Inn on the right. The road dips down a little as it approaches Horton.
The CD will meet non WSA members at a layby on right hand side at 9.40am. Can't say which field will be used for comp - it could be any one out of 10 or so and only members know the numbering of fields.
It's 20 miles from Barton-on-Sea.
