Were I to tell you all the hoops I had to jump through to get this issue on line, the Ancient Mariner himself would probably drop off his perch.

But since you asked....

November. Multiple emails from Hosts UK saying the site had exceeded its parameters and we needed to pay lots more money to stay on line. Ticket raised asking what we had done to exceed the limit but no reply.

December. On holiday! Returned to find the website apparently blocked by the hosting company. Worked round the block and got back on line.

January. Site working, impossible to contact the host company because they had blocked my email address. Knee op on 27th.

February. Out of it for a week or so on Oramorph and various other painkillers. Finally got back to the PC to find the site blocked again. Contacted another hosting service and asked their advice. Put in touch with a couple of troubleshooting websites, one of which dealt with .org websites.

Used this website to find that cdmfc.org was officially blocked. Emailed the company shown on the web page and YESSS! was contacted by a really helpful guy who had taken over the hosting company. At last someone to talk to about the issues. He immediately agreed to put us back on line and after a week and a number of false starts, here we are again.

Thank goodness!
