Checklists

These check lists are presented on one piece of paper so that they can be kept in your flight box and used as a ready reference. They are quick reminders and are not substitutes for the guidance given in the BMFA handbook, the club constitution and rule book or any rules for any flying site or special event.

Please feel free to suggest additions or changes to these lists. You may want to add your own items to the lists - please copy and amend them to suit yourself. The formal rules listed above will always take precedence over these and your own lists.

Check landing area Call “LANDING” Leave Tx on the flight line and call “RETRIEVING” Airframe damage Radio equipment secure Control linkages If finished flying then disconnect the battery, switch off Rx and then the TX	Check for any damage Charge batteries
